CONDUCTOR PAUL NADLER is an exciting and highly respected symphonic and operatic conductor whose career has taken him to over 50 cities on
3 continents. Since his Metropolitan Opera debut in 1989, he has led that company in more than 60 performances, most recently Gounod's Roméo et Juliette and Mozart's Die Zauberflöte. He returns to the Met this coming season for productions of Otello and Don Carlo.

Other recent performances featuring Maestro Paul Nadler include:

-Concerts with the Bucharest Philharmonic: Schumann's Third Symphony and the World Premiere of Livia Teodorescu-Ciocanea's Piano Concerto Lebenskraft; -Performances of Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro to open the 2011/2012 season of
Opéra de Montréal; 

- Concert with the Orchestra of the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing,
  in cooperation with I Sing Beijing;

- Performances of Gounod’s Faust with Opera Naples.

In the coming months, in addition to returning to the Metropolitan Opera for productions of Otello and Don Carlo, Maestro Nadler will travel around the globe to the following venues:

- USA/Virginia: Three Decembers by Jake Heggie with Vocal Arts and Music Festival at Virginia Tech;

- Israel: Strauss's Die Fledermaus and Poulenc's Dialogues des Carmélites with International Vocal Arts Institute in Tel Aviv;

- Canada: Poulenc’s Les Mamelles de Tirésias with Canadian Vocal Arts; Gala Concert with Orchestre Métropolitain de Montréal; and

- China: concert with I Sing Beijing;

- USA/Florida: Tosca with Opera Naples, first staged production of
the new cooperation between Opera Naples & The Naples Philharmonic.
